About Me

I’m Meg, a mother and photographer drawn to the quiet, chaotic and in-between moments of family life.

My work is rooted in connection rather than perfection. As a mum to two energetic boys who rarely slow down, I love the “imperfect” images. The loud, full-on moments, and the soft, gentle ones that usually follow. These are the memories I treasure most, and the ones I aim to preserve for your family.

Photography has been part of my life since I was 11, when my mum bought herself a camera. I quickly claimed it as my own, and from there my love for capturing moments grew through my teenage years and into adulthood. After welcoming my first son, Leo, I booked countless sessions with a local photographer because I wanted to document everything, the feeling of our life as it was in that season. I still look back on those images often, and the emotion they bring is exactly what I want every family to experience.

After returning from maternity leave with my second son, Colby, I finally took the leap and began photographing families myself. That was in May 2024, and since then it’s been an incredibly fulfilling journey, helping families preserve life just as it is.

For me, photography is about more than images. It’s about creating space for families to slow down, connect, and simply be together, knowing that every detail is seen and valued.

Motherhood has shaped the way I see and photograph the world. It’s taught me how fleeting these seasons are, and how meaningful it is to preserve them honestly. I believe the overlooked moments, tiny hands, sleepy yawns, shared glances, are often the ones worth remembering most.
